Decision

Anabasis.world now states what the institution does alongside what it believes. Anabasis Corporation is presented as a Delaware C corporation operating the Academy, Accelerator, Venture Development, Strategic Advisory, Research, Technology, Institutional Programs, economic-development and public-sector work, and proprietary corporate investment — with a public intake for each and an internal desk that manages what arrives.

Nothing of the existing institution was removed. Doctrine, the Charter, the Codices, the Academy architecture, research, and the visual register are unchanged; every prior address still resolves.

Why

Doctrine without a door is a monument, not an institution. Capability is increased by people who can find the instruction, the programme, or the counsel they need and begin. The commercial layer exists to make the ascent reachable, and to fund the institution that carries it: cash flow builds Anabasis; equity and intellectual property build its long-term wealth (Codex 8 Art. V).

What was built

  • Five commercial surfaces (SURF-23), eight intakes under /apply (SURF-24), an internal lead desk (SURF-25), and the operating-company and legal pages (SURF-26).
  • Eight intake entities with per-funnel status vocabularies, internal notes, assignment, archival, source and UTM attribution.
  • Row-level policy: the public may insert only. Reading and updating require has_role(auth.uid(), 'admin'); an applicant cannot read submissions, including their own. Grants are explicit in the creating migration (STD-D).
  • Every status transition writes an audit record to aud_audit_events.

Constraints held

  • Anabasis does not hold or claim ownership of independent ecosystem companies. Relationships are described from an administrator-recorded classification; unclassified means "relationship not yet recorded", never an implication.
  • Proprietary investment is Anabasis's own corporate capital. No outside investor capital is solicited or managed; nothing on the site is an offer.
  • No revenue, cohort, partnership, accreditation, instructor, or portfolio figure was invented. Where tuition is not configured, the surface says so and offers to register interest.
  • Payments and transactional email are prepared but not live; no interface pretends otherwise.

Phase-II clarification · 2026-09-18

These are operating activities of Anabasis Corporation, not separate brands or legal entities. “Programs” is a public entry point to accessible services, not a competing enumeration of divisions or revenue streams. Publicly funded programme operations and proprietary corporate investment remain separate in purpose, decision, documentation, and reporting; participation in one creates no presumption of the other.

The six public domains in the Doctrine of Capability are distinct from the eight institutional strengths in Codex 1 Article IV. Technology remains an operating division and instrument; Creation is the sixth public capability.

Debt named

  • The legal pages are plainly-marked placeholders awaiting counsel. Owner: Executive Office. Review: at first paid engagement.
  • The contact address office@anabasis.world is a placeholder pending mail infrastructure.
  • Confirmation emails are written but dormant until email sending is configured.

Result (to be written at review)

Review date: 2027-03-18. Record then what the intakes actually produced, and whether the commercial layer increased capability or merely traffic.
