The operating company

Anabasis Corporation

Anabasis Corporation is a Delaware C corporation operating under NAICS 541611. It operates under the public brand ANABASIS and exists for a single purpose: to compound human capability. Everything the company does — teaching, building, advising, researching, investing its own capital — is an instrument of that purpose.

§ IIIHow we operate

Cash flow and compounding

Cash flow builds Anabasis. Equity and intellectual property build Anabasis's long-term wealth.

Near-term revenue comes from education, accelerator programmes, venture development, advisory and institutional training. Long-term value accrues in selective equity, proprietary investments, intellectual property, technology, research and licensing.

Proprietary investment means Anabasis invests its own corporate capital. Anabasis does not solicit public investment, does not manage outside investor capital, and is not an investment adviser, broker, securities platform or public venture fund.

Anabasis is not a holding company for every company in its ecosystem. Many of those companies are independent. Each relationship is stated exactly as it is.

Publicly funded programme delivery and proprietary corporate investment are separate activities with separate purposes and decisions. A programme relationship never implies investment, and an investment never implies control.

§ IVGovernance and doctrine

Written down first

Anabasis is governed by written doctrine rather than by habit. The Charter states what the institution is for. The Codices describe how it works. The Standards govern how everything is built. All of it is public.

The long view

We are building more than a company. We are building an institution.
