Privacy
This notice explains the current handling of information submitted to Anabasis. It is written plainly and should be read with the more detailed member-data covenant.
What we collect. The information you enter into an application or enquiry form, an account you create, and the record of your progress if you study at the Academy. Where a form records how you arrived at the site, that is stored with the submission.
Why. To read and answer what you sent, to administer programmes, and to keep the institutional record required of us.
Who can read it. Submissions are readable only by authorised Anabasis administrators. They are not readable by other applicants or by the public, and they are not sold or traded.
Private signals. Conversations, private drafts, notes and meeting content never enter the capability record or the institutional memory layer.
The Human Capability System. Personalized Diagnostic, Capability Map, adaptive priorities, Life Event, automated Weekly Review, Personal Operating System, and Independence Check records are not created today because those systems are not live.
Removal and export. Write to office@anabasis.world to request a copy of your record or its deletion.
Read the member-data covenant for the intended boundaries around consent, recommendations, institutional reporting, retention, credentials, and severance.
