Decision
- 1Each public ecosystem institution publishes its own supplied definition — category, positioning, core question, principles, areas of work, doctrine, lifecycle, internal schools, internal products, and boundaries — from a single canonical source,
src/lib/ecosystem/records.ts. No second dataset, no fallback array, no per-page copy. - 2KOINONIA is published as an independent public-benefit institution in a visually and verbally separate section, with explicit non-ownership, no-shareholder, and no-automatic-claim statements. OIKODOME and ANORTHOSIS are published as operating initiatives inside KOINONIA and never as companies.
- 3Products and operating layers inside an institution (for example the APODEMOS layers) are published as products of that institution and never as separate companies.
- 4Charter and Research wording no longer implies that Anabasis governs or owns independent institutions. The Charter is described as the foundation of Anabasis and the institutions it directly builds; shared engines are described as available across appropriate Anabasis systems and ecosystem integrations.
- 5
/annual-reportis removed from primary navigation and the footer until a verified reporting period exists. The route remains reachable and continues to publish the reporting standard with an explicit not-yet-reportable status. No metric is invented, restored, or estimated.
Why
Multiple generations of public content had drifted. Independent institutions were readable as divisions, and a reporting surface with no verified record was promoted in navigation as if it held institutional history. Both are trust failures under Codex 1 Article III and STD-Q.
