The Annual Report is a standing obligation, including in years when the record is incomplete or unflattering.
Anabasis does not currently have a complete public reporting period with verified lineage. Rather than publish estimates, projections, or unsupported counts, this page states the standard and present status plainly.
What can be stated now

What every complete report must contain
- Capability movement
- The share of people whose assessed capability increased through demonstrated work.
- Trust
- Commitments kept, credential integrity, and confirmed breaches of institutional non-negotiables.
- Outcomes
- Verified changes in a person's or organisation's circumstances, tracked over an appropriate period.
- Financial context
- Operating results, reserve adequacy, concentration exposure, and the allocation of institutional capital.
- What went wrong
- Missed commitments, trust incidents, declining measures, and failures stated without euphemism.
- Lessons and restatements
- What changed as a result, with prior figures restated visibly whenever definitions change.
A number needs a lineage
Every published measure must identify its definition, formula, source records, reporting period, privacy threshold, and date of last review. A projection is not a result. Self-report is not independent verification. Activity is not capability movement.
When a definition changes, the change is recorded and old and new figures are shown together. Historical figures are never silently restated, and unrealised value is never reported as a realised outcome.
The first complete report will be published when the evidence can support it, not when a date can decorate it.
