Twenty-one decisions, one institution.
The Enterprise Simulator walks the Scholar through 21 documented decisions — from choosing the entity, opening the first bank account, and setting the first price, to raising capital, surviving audits and lawsuits, forming the holdco, choosing public or private, and planning succession.
Each decision is a paired Lab (produce the artifact a real founder would produce) and Interactive lesson (model the ten-year consequence). The Simulator is the spine of the diploma.
