The final capstone: a fifty-page institution plan for your firm, with supporting artifacts (cap table, org chart, MVV, board charter, succession plan), a ten-page written defense, and a ninety-minute oral defense before a panel of three.
Successful defense confers the Diploma of the School of Enterprise & Institution Building — the Master-tier terminal credential of Anabasis.
